FASSI Group France was created with the objective of bringing together complementary expertise and strengthening strategic coherence between the brands. It now brings together several entities such as Forez-Bennes (tipper bodies), Marrel (hydraulic lifting equipment) and FASSI France (product marketing and distribution). A network of eight integrated bodywork centres completes this ecosystem, ensuring full control of equipment from design through to delivery.

A group focused on the future

2002

Creation of FASSI Group France (formerly CTELM)

In 2002, FASSI Group France brought together FASSI France and two bodywork centres. Over the years, FASSI Group France integrated new brands, while FASSI France continued the integration of additional bodywork centres.

2023

Integration of the Forez-Bennes subsidiary

The group’s development continues with the aim of creating a coherent ecosystem between manufacturing, marketing and body installation of equipment. Forez-Bennes joined FASSI Group France in 2023.

2025

New visual identity

For the 2025 season, the FASSI Group and its brands are unveiling a new visual identity. This graphic redesign forms part of the ongoing brand enhancement strategy and the group’s development ambitions. To anchor this consolidation, CTELM changed its name to emphasise its connection to the parent company: FASSI Group France.
