Half-pipe tipper bodies designed and manufactured in France

Our half-pipe tipper bodies are designed, manufactured and painted at our two bodywork sites in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The Saint-Symphorien-sur-Coise site specialises in the production of the ROC-LINE®, manufactured using a dedicated jig. This process ensures precise assembly, high-quality finishes and optimised production.

Strength and reliability

Thanks to its rounded shape, the half-pipe tipper body stabilises and facilitates the transport of materials such as sand, soil and aggregates. It has become an essential piece of equipment for construction and transport companies.

Your project takes shape within the design office: chassis model, required volumes, installation study, load distribution and operating conditions. All constraints are carefully considered.

Manufacturing

Our workshop teams then manufacture the half-pipe tipper body according to the plans: steel cutting and bending, painting, hydraulic and electrical connections.

Installation
